With the increasing application of LED display screens, they play an indispensable role in all walks of life. Today we will focus on the problem of LED display masks. The plug-in masks of LED display screens are designed to protect LEDs from Planning for accidental damage plays a vital role in the display of the entire screen. So, how to choose a high-quality LED display mask? Then look down.

Modular planning can be used to quickly replace modules or equipment on site, or adjust the black level of the external surface of the screen. The light trap design selected for the mask can absorb the external light as much as possible, and minimize the "washing effect" on the surface of the screen; and the brim of the mask with a common geometry design can sweep out rain and snow, so as to avoid the formation of visual obstacles on the LED lamp surface .
Regarding an LED display, the only information that the audience can see directly is the LED light and the mask. The role and weather resistance of the mask greatly affect the function and durability of the LED display. The selection and treatment of the mask is also the key to the continued beauty of the display.

1. Material selection: PC plus 10 percent GF is selected for the mask material; pure black masterbatch, anti-UV agent and flame retardant are added, and the flame retardant grade is 94-V0. Strong anti-deformation performance, good flatness, not easy to fission, can effectively protect the influence of ultraviolet rays on the data.
2. Surface treatment: The surface is sprayed with UV-resistant high-temperature matte black oil, which is non-reflective and the ink color is the same; after the entire screen is assembled, the black screen and the ink color are uniform and common, and there is no modularity.
3. Series of protection planning: including sun visor planning, face mask front anti-reflective planning, modular elimination planning, etc., so that the mask does not accumulate water, dust, anti-glare, and anti-mosaic.
